From 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM you will find us in the office working with clients, throwing footballs, signing up new accounts, blasting Aerosmith, prospecting, and much more. It isn't just our high-intensity work atmosphere and energetic extroverted employees that attracts new recruits to Superior, rather what happens after we all leave the office. At Superior it isn't uncommon to end a week with a company happy hour, spend a Saturday at the Temecula wineries, hear your co-workers sing off-tune at the local happy hour, gather around the poker table after a crazy Thursday, or toast St. Patrick's Day with some green beer.
